What to know before buying miniature painting?

I am in Udaipur on a solo trip and am interested in buying a miniature painting, but many places ask for exorbitant prices like 1.5L rs in some cases, but I wouldnt handle my laptop the way they handle these paintings. As a total noob, 1. What should I look for in miniature painting to find its worth ( are there any miniature painting experts here? ) 2. How to not get fleeced. 3. Are there any resources/ literature to learn about miniature paintings? Thanks in advance.

Confused with jaisalmer desert camp options

Khama ghani folks, I'm planning to book a Jaisalmer desert camp package(camel safari, jeep safari, camp stay) for me and family, i see there are a lot of camps in sam, and honestly i'm a bit overwelmed on how to choose one. Should I try to directly to book through their site, or should i try with mmt or [booking.com](http://booking.com) asking cause it's not mentioning jeep safari or camel safari on their.
