Transfer of inheritance Hi, this is a long shot, but would be super helpful if anyone knows My dad passed away. He owns land in Punjab which I understand legally has passed to his children..If we want it to be transferred to our mum's name, do all the children have to be present in Punjab at the same time to facilitate this? It has indeed been used for military purposes in the past, and this is not the first instance. Even during the time of the Mughal Empire, the mosque was used to store ammunition and for military purposes. Additionally, the British also utilized the Badshahi Mosque for these purposes in 1849.
