Govaji’s Salon, Undri Pune ruined my hair. Beware

I made the worst mistake visiting there for a keratin treatment, as the prices seemed reasonable and the google reviews were fine as well. The salon owner suggested Aqua keratin treatment for my hair even though he knew my hair was coloured and this would completely ruin the hair colour, and damage my hair 10x more. I only wanted frizz free manageable hair but somehow ended up with yellow hair, as if he had applied bleach on it, with more damage than before. After that was the worst ordeal, the salon owner started acting like a hooligan and refused to take any accountability and we made to pay him 6k for ruining my hair. Post making the payment, he was least bothered and said “I don’t want customers who complain about my work”, although His work was mediocre. I had to spend an additional 10k at a high end salon for hair colour and damage repair. I hope no one has to go through this. Thankfully now my hair is doing fine. I suggest everyone to please write a google review about the behaviour of salon owner towards the customers, misbehaving until we gave the payment and refusing to take any accountability. I have all the proof with me if required. Thanks!
