What should I do with a 5 bhk house .

I own a house in Desom. Nearby airport And near by Aluva. Unable to sell because nobody seems interested. Either too pricey or it’s a bit deep inside from the NH and small roads. I’m thinking to make either Men’s hostel- no contract stay however professional hostel single rooms luxurious a bit Or Airbnb- What do you think this locality needs? What can I make the most money out?
