    Doubt regarding home EMI

Hello Sub, I've been reading a book named "How I Turned $1,000 into Three Million in Real Estate in My Spare Time". Now if you've read this, let mesay absolutely clearly at the very beginning that I'm not looking forward to house flipping or something. Rather, I'm planning to buy a house where I'll be living only for 3 years before moving to another city. So, is it possible that I only pay the interest on the loan and then sell the house later? Can I make my Netflix/ Prime bill tax free?

My company allows claims on Internet and phone bills upto Rs. 4500 a month. Current bills are just 1700 with WiFi and postpaid mobile. Is there anyway I can add a Netflix subscription or Amazon prime to this? See, I need it to be a single bill and I can claim. Like if I go with the Jio 3499 plan with Netflix premium, I can claim. Any help here?
