GRAP 3: Is my Ciaz Euro 3 Diesel car allowed when GRAP 3 is invoked? I know that Euro 3 is equivalent to BS3 in the diesel category. How can I take action against my RWA? My sector RWA club has recently made a change that requires us to be their member to get our garbage picked up.
