Real estate in Noida (A rant)

My family have been looking to purchase a house in Noida and it has been a mentally exhausting period for us. The prices here are insane. Even with a budget of ~2cr we're unable to find a decent home that meets our requirement(we're not looking for anything lavish). Prices have shot up like crazy in the last 2-3 year and the real estate mafia and broker gang here have made housing unaffordable for people, someone like me who's source of income is just their salary cannot even think about...

Government exam study material

I have the government exam study material consisting of NCERT books from 6th to 12th and Vision IAS training material which was purchased 3 years ago. is it me or the bass/noise of DJs playing for a barat getting a too much out of hand?

Hi, i am eighteen (F), a student and i have always had a fear of loud noises. Ive had this problem for the longest time and just as i thought i had grown over it- these djs....gosh i hate them..if u know what im talking about there are barats that go around carrying a DJ in a truck type thing and im all in for the music and enjoying but the bass...? on those things..? could make a freaking building just vibrate hard...and its not just that. No matter...
