Is tibet market still a thing in noida?

Hello everyone, i wanted to ask, if the tibet market is still active after all these years, i visited once almost 6 years ago and wanted to visit again, so if someone has visited it this year can they share where it is allocated and if it is still active at this time of the year?? It used to take place near ISKCON temple at sector 33 and last for 1 to 2 months, with good quality winter clothes.
