Any lawyer who can help me with challans?

So I am in a bad situation related to challan for my mistake for entering meerut expressway on a two wheeler for 300 meters approx in presence of cameras. It happened in last week of November in 2024 and till now I haven't recieved any challan on my dad's bike that I was driving but I am expecting a challan in Few months as it usually happens. Can I avoid this challan by any chance? Or can I avoid my dad getting any SMS for that challan? I am transferring the ownership of that bike on my name but it will take a month, so on whose number will the challan SMS come? And can anyone help me with lok Adalat?
