He is getting very conflicting suggestions regarding the license requirements required. Is a health license from BMC required for a cloud kitchen? (The cost of acquiring this license is about 5Lakhs from what he's been told). The GST, FSSAI, Shop and Establishment License seem to be pretty straightforward to acquire.
