Good counselors for parents

Hi! Does anyone have any good recommendations for counselors (can be either a psychologist or psychiatrist) for parents in their 50s-60s? Preference is for counselors around that age, but any suggestions would be helpful! We are currently trying out with a pretty young counselor but not sure if it is helping, so we are looking for any help.

What is your take on quick commerce apps?

I have been using Zepto, Instamart, I don’t think I have used Blinkit. Is it just convenience or we are too lazy or busy to go out?. I am not a huge fan of these apps. I like to go out and shop.

Where do I begin searching for a day cook? (Not live in)

My mother and I are chronically ill, so it's become quite stressful to keep up with cooking, meal planning etc We need someone who can make healthy meals and is flexible for suggestions. Like maybe someone who can come cook for a few hours in the morning and leave. But I'm open to any and all suggestions for our issue. The most important is needing someone trustworthy because the primary need for this service is our health.
