I want to get a tattoo but I don't have soo much money which most tatoo artist ask for a small design.this time I am thinking of big one but it will cost so much if I go to them,a friend's friend is an tatoo artist he tattoos him for very cheap price but I don't have frend like him I am trying find someone who is affordable to me (I am not meaning for free I k it's there job i respect that fact)
