What's the price range & categorization of flats in Kochi?

I think Kochi has the cheapest flats in whole of India if you look at how great a city it is. Curious to know the current price range & categorization here! This is the current scenario in my view! What are your thoughts? Below 40 Lakhs - Basic ones built by non reputed companies. Hit and miss most times. 40 Lakhs to 1.8 Crores - Good ones built by reputed companies. Almost all of them extremely good. 1.8 to 4 Crores - Luxury flats. Mostly situated in prime areas....

Uber in Kerala best in India

Have to say this. Uber cars and drivers in Kerala are the best in India. The cars are always clean and they don’t smell. Uber in Cities like Delhi , Bangalore are not so great. Taxis in general are so much better in Kerala. Got to be proud of it.

any place to study peacefully in edapally??

I am a student who stays in edapally,in my room there are always distubance which make me uncomfortable when i study.I wish i could go somewhere near and study and reach my room.i have class till 2pm and sit in my institute till 5 for studying and reach room at 5:15. i wish i could study more time so i can prepare for my exam pretty well.
