What's the price range & categorization of flats in Kochi?

I think Kochi has the cheapest flats in whole of India if you look at how great a city it is. Curious to know the current price range & categorization here! This is the current scenario in my view! What are your thoughts? Below 40 Lakhs - Basic ones built by non reputed companies. Hit and miss most times. 40 Lakhs to 1.8 Crores - Good ones built by reputed companies. Almost all of them extremely good. 1.8 to 4 Crores - Luxury flats. Mostly situated in prime areas. Above 4 Crores - Ultra Luxury. Sky is your limit.
