Abused animal in Fort Kochi - searching for someone with high up connections to Police

This dog is owned by someone who also beats his wife and apparently has a dog kennels. On Bishop Kureethara Road in Fort Kochi. The other night the police came round to a disturbance (a neighbour called complaining about plastic being burnt) I showed Police the photo, they said they will manage it, nothing happened. I know India is about connections, **Redditors of Kochi, whom do you know that can help? **I have the name of the owner.

This made me happy and I wanted to share this. I try my best to be civil on the road even if it's slightly inconvenient at times. I was driving a two wheeler today and was approaching a red signal. Whoever recommended the plum cake from Hot Cakes and dropped the owner's number, thank YOU! This was quite nice! They usually sell it for Rs1090 but there's an offer where it's 700rs + shipping. And, Ganesh (owner) is a nice guy to deal with.
