Small needs, rich life

Noticed this country man enjoying bhujiya and raw onions on his carry bag while waiting for his bus. No frills, no fuss, all contentment. It hit me right in the feels and reminded me of my grandma and how the older generation kept it real. Back then Marwadi farmers would roll up with just onion and bajra roti for lunch and be completely content. What are the best spots in town to have authentic chicken & mutton dishes prepared in desi ghee, and has the traditional Rajasthani spicy taste. I feel like like there's a lack of options, for me it always comes down to places such as Punjabi ChicInn, Kalinga, etc whenever I plan to eat out.

Guys it’s a rant, never order from Chaturbhuj Parasmal..that’s not the original one and it’s not good at all. Extreme sweet! I ordered by mistake from there on zomato , and it was pathetic. I contacted the store to please return it. He was giving bull shit reasons as any other shop owner. Chaturbhuj OG nahi hai ye. Best hai khud le le aao ja kar :3
