Hey everyone, I’m an engineering student from Delhi, and due to some family issues, I couldn’t attend college for a while. Now, I need a basic medical certificate to be able to sit for my exams. The college doesn’t check too thoroughly, so it doesn’t have to be anything elaborate—just something simple that works.
