Calcium carbide ripened bananas in Jodhpur. What to find organic?

I don't like the taste of the bananas ripened with Calcium carbide. Such bananas look ripe from outside but they are not from inside. They are not sweet, either. And this variant is being sold even at premium grocery stores. Where to get the organic, naturally ripened variant?

Where to find authentic Samosa

I'm travelling to jodhpur with my family and was keen on taking them to a few good restaurants and cafes during our stay. Any recommendations? - preferably for traditional rajasthani food and in general as well. As for what to do in terms of sightseeing, activities. Was wondering if there were any crucial tourist places we must visit. Travelling with grandparents so can't do a lot of active things. Any recommendations for forts, maybe boat rides. I've scoured the internet, but would love to hear from locals/travellers who've been....

Hey, I‘m in Jodhpur for a longer time (alone, so I’m really bored on weekends) and wondered if anyone knew good activities or places (Festivals, library, mall, sports) ? Maybe also some weekend trips to nearby cities? And maybe also things to do in the evening?
