Anyone here remembers the show 'Bluffmaster' on Star One? The Indian version of Family Feud where 1 person was the bluffmaster and was already given all the answers. And all the contestants at the end of each round guessed who it is. It was a reality show which I really liked as a child, but I can never find someone who has seen it. People remember 'Kamzor Kadi Kaun' much more fondly, but this is also a show which was very interesting and fun. What’s up with mentally childlike characters? I have been watching Ghum season 3 and they have a childlike adult character in here too. Idk if she was in the original Bengali show they are copying or not, but I have noticed that lots of shows are incorporating mentally challenged characters but never doing justice with their characters. They are always boiled down to having to get married and give birth like every other ITV characters. There is never a focus on their struggles or what made them the way they are. StarPlus strategy? It seems that Star Plus’ current plan is to keep the same shows in the primetime slots no matter what. It seems these shows will never end! Ghum, Rishta, Anupama, Jhanak etc will remain forever and just bring new generations and replace actors when the TRP isn’t what they want. The production will remain the same.
