Malaysia & Andaman I and my friend went on a tour for 8 days covering both Malaysia and Andaman in 50k. The transportation in Malaysia is cheap and easily accessible. the cost of items is also less even though their currency is bit higher than us. We visited kl tower, aquarium, zoo by booking tickets in klook and headout. Kl tower experience was bad as it was raining and we were not allowed in open deck view. In zoo most of the animals were sleeping. Aquarium was good. Even though you book... 2 1 replies

Overstimulated in India Hello. I'm a Japanese woman who is currently in India to travel. First off, I will say that I like India. The food is tasty, one of my favourite food is steamed bun with peas, and 'rajma' 😌 i was able to buy pretty Indian dresses at a reasonable cost and most people are helpful when asked for help 😊. But, it's also hard to be here. The environment is always very loud, it's so overwhelming. There have been times that I have broken down crying in my room... 5 10 replies

We got a long way ahead towards development.. I rarely travel by government buses aka ST. For some urgent work I had no other choice but this. Observation: 1)No one is patient enough to form a line. 2) Zero civic sense 3)People throwing handkerchiefs or bags from the window to "book" the seats. 4)The bus seats are littered and suspension of the bus and comfort is non existent 5)3 to 4 people on one seat which is meant for 2 people 6) People shouting at each other, abusing the government. Keep in mind, these people can barely... 4 10 replies

Only 2 weeks ago there were 5 puppies, now there are only 3. One puppy was hit by a bike and the other puppy got mauled by an older street dog. The latest puppy died about a week ago. Some people buried this puppy. 4 days ago I found one of the puppies away from their living space, he was eating the rotten... 3 1 replies

Street food like this makes me hopeful about hygiene awareness in India This is a chaat and golgappa stall, which was extremely clean. The water was prepared with RO water and person serving the food was wearing disposable gloves (he immediately discarded them after we finished eating), also wiped the surfaces clean. The surrounding may look tattered, but it wasn't filthy as many other popular joints like this. Location: Bhopal, near Hanuman Tekari 4 9 replies
