The police officer is insisting on having physical presence of 2 witnesses during home verification visit ( and also asking for their ID proof with self attested copies). Isn’t this too much? Ideally ID proof copies should suffice but ensuring witnesses’ presence is such a pain. People have plans during weekend and go to office in weekdays.
