Anyone facing pickup return issue in Ajio and Delhivery they just mentioned fake 3 attempts and then there is no way to connect via call due high volume excuse: this Monopoly fucked I've had two disappointing experiences with Ajio's delivery partner, Delhivery. One incident they picked up but no refund Delhivery guy didn't updated and shows there is pickup. Then I raised complaint on Delhivery portal then again there were 4 picked up attempts but I already returned. Then after some struggle they updated Second incident: I made return within time limit but they just show 3 attempts done and cancelled the pickup Ajio didn't pick call giving excuses of high volume Delhivery is fuck up automated IVR no customer care.... 2 0 replies
