It is related to crypto and exact name is "exchange rate bug", in this there's a website named "binchange" where one bitcoin is 276 etherium (irl it's actually 27.6) so you need to make a transaction of minimum 0.0029 bitcoin (inr 30k) and they say your etherium will be credited.
