Best ISP in Aquem, Margao?

Is anyone here familiar with the best ISP for Aquem area? Im currently using Ethernet Express, speeds seem fine but customer care is horribly slow for me for some reason. They take hours to respond and resolve issues and seem to take their own sweet time instead of properly communicating. Hello fellow Goenkars, so in a few days I'll be visiting Panaji for doing formalities for my Indian passport and i have been told to carry my PAN, Aadhar , 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet and graduation certificate. How to behave with stray dogs?

Very loud EDM music being played on Benaulim beach all night till 4am

Witnessed this today on Benaulim beach. No wonder a lot of the foreign tourists are leaving Goa. Bright laser lights, neon signs and loud edm music that is forced on people without their personal choice. Is it allowed by the laws? Is it really necessary to attract tourists? Of what kind, and at what cost? No doubt many domestic and foreign tourist find it intrusive and have thought it better to move to other locations for tourism as Goan beaches no longer offer the serene vibe.
