What was the shack owner, who I am assuming must be a local, doing at the moment of the incident. And why do non locals behave in arrogance? Is it because- yeh Goa hai, yaha sab chalta hai, kind of attitude! And the fracas over a few beach beds. Restaurants are service providers.
