What's wrong with Goa traffic police (Panjim)

Is it just me or does anyone else feels that there's too much harrasment from traffic police. Even after you provide them necessary documents they will somehow fine you. They jus need some reason to give you challan. Poilich ponje che roste fodun fodun paad ghatla, no proper route to reach at a point. Bhik maagpi log kami zala ani hancho number chad vadlya.

Hello Guys. I am looking for a place to stay nearby Panjim with my wife as I recently joined a company and I would be handling the Goa region.I have my own place at Banda, Maharashtra (50-60km) from goa but still looking to avoid 2hrs daily to work.
