Where to find these types of laptop in dehradun or online

I want to purchase a laptop under 40k and i know it's impossible to find a good configuration laptop in this price range so i want laptop where window is not installed and also ms office also so that i can save some bucks but i don't know where to find these laptops in India market. Can anyone guide me

Let's join tennis/table tennis classes

Any adults interested in joining tennis or table tennis classes for beginners? I'm about 30 and trying to find something to do in the city. Most activities are targeted towards teens etc so it would be nice to have company and learn something together. I found two centers near EC road and Shastradhara road. If you want to learn or join something else together as well I'm open to ideas.

No friends in the city

I left dehradun for college after 2021. My last year of school went in Covid and none of the friendships from school lasted. I barely know anybody from school now…at least not those who live in dehradun. I am back in doon after college and i find myself utterly lonely. Like i have the freedom to do things and visit places but nobody to do it with. If you’re in a similar boat…i would love to hear it in the comments lol.
