RWD builder feedback. We are planning to buy a house in Chennai to settledown. The reason we narrow down RWD is due to floor plan and location. Most house plan now a days are not square and waste usable area in passage to rooms. But RWD has better floor plan compared to other builders near by. Roads are absolutely pathetic and driving is a nightmare I recently returned to Chennai from Singapore and have driven in both cities. While in SG people are patient and drive in an orderly manner, namma oorla(and basically all other cities in India) everybody is driving like it's a mad max movie.
