After visiting this city once or twice every year. I have noticed it degrading at an exponential rate. I visit Chandigarh once or twice every year, but everytime the cleanliness, overall infrastructure and public behaviour has degraded from the previous time. Acloholics and hooligans roam around at night, people have lost the sense of civility. Mohali os degrading at an even faster rate, it's like the hub of crime and bad administration. 4 10 replies
