In a govt job, want to grow and switch to corporate, will it be a right decision? I m 30M, working in group B govt job through SSC in chandigarh, I have done UGC NET English literature, so frequently search for other career options such as assistant professor etc., but since many friends are into corporate jobs of MNCs and earning a huge amount, I m quite attracted to joining MNCs for the great amount of exposure and big differences in pay etc. Will it be a good decision to switch to corporate, of yes, then what is the way, MBA etc.?
