People who follow rules keep on following rules and those who don't simply don't in India. The car I had bought previously second hand had 50 pending challans (the previous owner was a high court advocate), when the cop put a no parking lock on my car , he told me about it and I went damm , anyways I did not pay the challan either and someone else has bought it. Police man did threaten to seize my car and seeing me unphased he stopped his hollow threats and asked 500 which I did not pay and he had to just remove the lock... 3 0 replies
