Was Kalki 2898 AD really a good movie??? I honestly do not think Kalki 2898 AD is worth the hype due to many issues and many major flaws such as its acting performance in the first half, the erratic VFX and CGI, really bad and sluggish first half action sequence, Prabhas in the first half being boring and slow and the plot being confusing and complicated at parts. While second half had really good moments and the action sequence in the second half were decent, I do not think its a great movie or good movie. I... 1 10 replies
Omkara I just finished watching the Bhardwaj trilogy with my wife, ending it with Omkara. For some reason we had already watched Maqbool and Haider first (which we LOVED, especially Maqbool) but never managed to see Omkara. We finally did, and to be honest, it felt so jarring and all over the place for us. Let me state each and every thing that felt inconsistent to us. \- Pankaj Tripathi was a friend to AD's Omkara? When did he turn foe? \- Why did Omkara make such a big deal... 3 8 replies
Rewatching 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' and Anushka's character is literally the worst. She is condescending, dense, talks the most vaguest BS in Urdu and gets away with it. Even when she is dying, you don't feel anything. Karan Johar's movies don't age well except a few maybe. Note- some scenes it also feels like Anushka is playing herself 😂 4 8 replies

How can someone watch Bollywood movies outside of India (with English subtitles)? If someone is living outside of India, how can they watch Bollywood movies with English subtitles? Most of the movies are neither on Netflix nor Amazon Prime. I am specifically looking for Stree 2 honestly. But would like to watch other movies as well. Thanks for your time. 1 2 replies
It's time Bollywood looks North East for stories. Think about it—when was the last time you saw a film that truly represented the North East? High chances you haven’t. Cinema isn’t just entertainment. It shapes how a country sees itself and how people understand one another. And it’s not like the North East lacks compelling stories. Films about the region could not only celebrate its uniqueness but also bridge the gap of understanding between the North East and the rest of the country. COVID shook Bollywood to its core, but instead of experimenting with fresh narratives, they... 1 6 replies
Anyone remember Kites? The marketing for this film was insane back in the day Was organizing some old CDs and DVDs and found this. What an interesting movie. Was pretty mediocre iirc, but an interesting attempt by Anurag Basu. Also what a cheesy ass quote on the inside lol. 3 7 replies

Recommend some good recently released movies to watch with parents Hi everyone, My parents are at my home for few days. I’m looking for some good Bollywood movies to watch with my parents on OTT. I have subscriptions to all the OTT platform so that’s not an issue. I prefer something clean and family-friendly, without any vulgarity or awkward moments. I’ve already shown them 12vi Fail and RRR (though technically not Bollywood), so excluding those, could you recommend some recently released films from the last 2-3 years? Thanks in advance! 😊 1 10 replies
