Why is Bihar last in literally all statistics

No offence to Biharis, but I wanted to know/understand grassroot levels why Bihar stands last in literally almost all of statistics you see. Is it really true? Wanted to get opinions from a true Bihari from Bihar (not pseudo biharis who live out) Also my opinion is that Biharis dont live to prefer in Bihar. They study outside, stay outside and pay taxes (nor not outside) that leaves Bihar without cream and of course whats left of it is swooped up by rampant .corruption.
