Flat unregistered from Nov 2024 Are flats in Bengaluru not getting registered because of the e-khata rules? Or is my builder just using this an excuse? The building has been given an e-khata but they're saying the bifurcation rules are not clear and so the property cant be registered. I thought bifurcation of khata happens AFTER registration.Has that changed? Rubble Trouble: dumping around rubble is so common. What can be done? Wherever there’s abandoned construction rubble or neglected corners in the city, it’s inevitably become garbage dumping sites. It’s as if the presence of rubble invites people to throw more waste there. As a stand up comedian once put it- “it looks like the aesthetic style is post-apocalyptic chic”.
