Would you like to have the same parents if you were born again?

My mother is a wonderful lady, and I want to be her kid forever. I can trade my brother's , though I wish my father was a little softer and more patient with me.

Why are 6 days a week for students still a norm

Although people complain about 6 days per week work still more concerning is the fact that lot of schools and even some colleges(at least tier 3) atleast where I live (Hyderabad) still have 6 days a week and it's not changing when ever asked teachers say that students get a lot of festival holidays but most festivals are not rest periods due to which I see lot of students don't celebrate festivals cuz they didnot have a holiday aside from Sunday and Saturday sports day or half day is...

Experience on buying Mobile from Amazon !!

A lot of scams going on nowadays ... Sellers sending soap/stones/refurbished mobiles products, so I thought of contacting Amazon before placing order. Contacted support chat and said I will order mobile, which is an electronic device, so I won't pay before I open box. The agent said open box are only for certain electronic items and some mobiles, not every mobile. He told me to make a phone call on Amazon support and talk about it. The agent on the phone told me to make full video of the...

How to delete Bihar from Indian trains? Readout description first

Before having a conversation please read this out. I have recently seen multiple videos of bihari people vandalizing trains that too AC coaches because they didn't get a seat. You will find many of such videos of people sitting improperly in trains and travelling without ticket. How can anyone teach them these normal things. And these people get offended if someone calls them Bimari. They don't follow any laws/duties in their own state and migrate to other states and try not to follow laws there. Really, why guys why?...

Kannan gill asked the same question in June 2015

During the promotion of the movie Welcome 2 Karachi, Kannan Gill asked Lauren Gottlieb, the exact same question(Would you rather watch your parents or join them) and they were even having shots of vodka while answering these questions. They were playing drunken questions. Why did nobody filed an FIR against Karan or Lauren Gottlieb or Jackky Bhagnani?? I’m unable to find the video since it is made private, but he DID ask the same question.

Are Indian parents too controlling, or do they just care too much?

Indian parents are known for being deeply involved in their children's lives—sometimes to the extent of deciding careers, life partners, and even friendships. Some call it "unconditional love, while others see it as "toxic control. From forcing engineering/medicine as career choices to guilt-tripping kids for moving out. How much of this behavior is genuine concern and how much is just a lack of boundaries? Should Indian parents learn to let go, or do they actually know what’s best for their kids? Sometimes they even think of their child as...

My flatmate is living with his sister.

I live with 2 other guys in a 3bhk flat . So one of my flatmate said to us that his sister is finding a new flat (she was also living in same city) so she'll be living with him for 1 2 weeks. Initially this was fine. Cut to this day, it's been 1 year since she is staying at our flat, with her brother. Although, she stays in her brother's room (they both live in same room) but I'm a bit uncomfortable in this setup. On top...

    Dealing with sensitivity

22 M So Im really new to dating apps. I did not have expectations really, but slowly I think Im afraid that I wont get any likes. There's problem with me. Im not sigma/alpha or even beta by meme standards. Its just that Im sensitive/expressive and take time to come up with the right words. I have mentioned that on my profile, atleast they should know who they're getting into. I cant hide it, thats part of my identity. I have tried to become confident with my sensitivity. I...

    Why flossing is uncommon?

Why flossing is not generally mentioned in dental hygiene. This should be mandatory to do like brushing teeth with a toothpaste and tongue scrapping. I have never seen an ad on flossing. RANT I have this peculiar habit that I observe people's teeth like whenever I talk to someone.I've been single for such a long time and recently a guy approached me and guess what I met him and the first thing I noticed was his chipped tooth. And he is conventionally attractive like many girls have approached him.So...

    About history books

Might be a basic question but what's the source of these indian textbooks? Cuz obviously they don't state all the facts. At some point someone or something is glorified and it builds this opinions for students based on not so accurate information.you don't learn the actual history until u look it up everywhere by yourself. Obviously a single textbook can't hold all the details But what actually are the sources ? Few say textbooks are written by British n glorify most of those who were infact British stooges like...

Why do young boys sexualise their female teachers?

I have come across so many posts where people make double meaning jokes on female teachers in the name of 'humour'. I have also come across a post where one teacher shared her experience that she was slut shamed by her class boys who were just around 13-14. And also I have observed this in India too. One of my friends (she was from different school) shared her experience that her science teacher was amazing teacher but she quit her job when she realised that few class boys would...

What’s a profession you think deserves more attention because of how well it pays? Maybe something you or someone you know does that people often overlook? Share your insights!

What can I (as a man) help my friend who is struggling with PCOS?

A friend of mine has been struggling with irregular periods, cramps, and other issues. Like getting periods twice a month with extreme cramp. Most of the time we meet at parties or get-togethers, she seems like she's on the verge of crying. The pain reflects on her face, but almost everyone thinks she's just "asking for sympathy." Older people tell her to "smile more," "be positive," or "lose some weight." I didn't have any idea about her struggle and made the same thoughtless comment, "smile more," which led to...

My 7yo daughter is sexually harassed. Need help in handling it?

My 7yo daughter came to us and told that our maid's daughter (around 9/10 yo) touched her inappropriately in her private parts, kissed her, tried removing her underwear and so on in the name of playing. Initially she had no idea what was going on so she was alright and playful but quickly she realised something is wrong. Since then she started avoiding her. She did not come to us for long time fearing that she will also be blamed for this. Couple of days back, she came to...
