Why are Indian women so offended and brothered that men are looking for ways to protect themselves?

"Trash took itself out", "Good riddance", Straight up calling men "in cels" I mean wtf, no wonder misogyny is on the rise in the past days, thanks to few "safe spaces" and their tone deaf response...doing victim blaming and whataboutery and not taking a single ounce of accountability.

Not all women but how to know which women...?

How can a guy make sure that he is not being exploited, harmed, be used as an ATM or chauffeur, emotionally manipulated into doing things in the pretext of sex or companionship, being looted of your hard earned money while on meeting a woman, avoid false allegations...be it in a relationship, marriage or at workplace, steer clear of "man haters" hiding behind masks... Ladies please excuse this post, if you are going to do whataboutery.

Women victim shaming Atul and banning discussions while still generalizing men

The reality of some women: So, I remember months ago, algorithm started showing me some women writing hateful things about men like, all men are potential criminals and in the process attacking and generalizing men. So, some men resisted, asking them to stop it. And then women replied with more hate or this particular line, "If you're not a criminal, why do you get angry." I did realise one thing though, that most people or women who write these things are doing it for social media attention because look,...

I’m a woman & can honestly say that most women have no clue what Feminism actually means.

Definition of feminism taken from the Britannica - “feminism, the belief in social, economic, and political equality of the sexes.” Feminism is not code for file a case to extort a man for money. I get that every situation is different but there is no reason whatsoever for an able bodied women to demand exorbitant amounts of money from a man just because he made the grave mistake of getting married. I get that marriages break. I’m married myself. This may be an unpopular opinion but in the spirit...

Why Are Many Feminists Unwilling to Empathize with Cases Like Atul Subhash?

Men who have long supported women's rights are feeling betrayed as Atul Subhash's case of male victimization is dismissed by the media and many feminists. Today's discussions in feminist circles and simps are focused on managing the broader social outrage labeling it as anti-feminist propaganda. This reluctance to empathize sends a harmful message—that male suffering is not as valid as a woman's. Such selective outrage has weakened the fight for true equality, causing men to wonder if their voices matter only when they align with a specific narrative. Please...

    OCI married to a Pakistani

Hi all. I am an Indian national and am married to a Pakistani. We reside in Botswana and I recently got my citizenship. I am trying to apply for my OCI online but as soon as I put my spouses place of origin as Pakistan, the application refuses to go further. Is this supposed to be happening? I have asked the embassy to respond to this issue but they are taking forever to respond. Also, please note I am applying for MY OCI, not my wife’s as I am...

Women lawyers on TV debates have already started debating why Nikita Singhania should not be arrested

Nikita Singhania (Atul subhash’s estranged wife) needs to be arrested for abetment to suicide of her husband. But as more time is passing by now female lawyers on TV have started justifying why she should not be arrested. They say the definition of abetment is not clear and both parties were resorting to legal recourse. Completely ignoring that she in literally asked her husband to commit suicide and in addition had filed false cases against the husband. Apparently this is not sufficient cause despite the husband specifically naming her...

People are making atul subhash case a men vs women issue and this is gonna hurt us a lot

It's not just about this case everytime we have cases like this or like Bengal case it inevitably turns into men vs women I have seen men making some really regressive and misogynistic comments. Attacking women in comment section like all if them are evil Meanwhile other side isn't any better. I am not following this on social media a lot for my own mental sanity hut I have given significant amount if my time earlier in similar cases and have seen that a significant chunk of women also...

    Can we stop

Atul literally just died and everyone has started a gender war. Can we as a collective just stop and actually mourn and fight for justice for this man. Continue your gender wars after that but atleast for the time being focus so that actual change is good can be bought for Atul. I see myself getting sucked into this war as well which is useless idc what your wife, gf, husband, father etc think because right now is not the time to be divided we can use this momentum...

Why do women perceive every men as a potential sexual assaulter but when men generalize women as those like atuls wife they just retaliate.

Today in lunch break during college hours we were sitting at a table talking about this case and somewhat the female friends of mine were silent throughout the conversation so I just asked em what'd you think about the case, and quoting what she said word to word "Bhai log itna intrest kyu le rhe isme, aise case to Roz hote honge court me kise pta kon sahi h kon galat ye to is admi ne suicide kr liya or pura vedio frame kr diya uski wife pe isliye...

Can we for once talk about just men's issues?

Now when the recent Atul's case has happened and when people are trying to talking about it.. I see many women divert the topic to women's issue or say things like they have never seen a woman do such things or blame the system instead of accepting the woman's fault or saying how concerning the misogyny is.. My point is..Women hate on men when a man commits crime it's justified? But when woman commits crime, men are expected to not generalise or say anything? Women expect men to hold other...

To all those people who say "All men are XYZ", or "All women are ABC", do you feel the same about your own loved ones and family members?

I have four questions, two for women, and two for men. 1. My questions to women: -If your son was abused (physically or mentally or sexually) by his wife, and was treated unfairly in the family court, would you have any compassion for him? Or would you tell him to shut up because "statistically, women have it worse in India?" -If "all men are XYZ", then do you also place your fathers, brothers, husbands, and sons in the same category? -Dear women, remember, you may mock Atul Subash now....

Men - talk to your partner about Atul Subash to know how she really feels about men.

I brought up Atul Subash’s suicide/murder with my girlfriend. I just mentioned I saw it on Twitter and asked her if she’s heard about it. Her response was a bit … interesting. 1. She started off by saying the guy probably harassed his wife so she probably was just venting when she told him to commit suicide. It was just a heat of the moment comment and doesn’t mean that she is responsible for him committing suicide. 2. Followed up with - shakal dekh uski (look at his face)...

Why is everyone projecting as if Indian women are against atul's case?

Can we stop using injustice against men as a solution for injustice against women? And also, can some men calm down and not use this as a justification for your wrongdoings? It never has to be men against women. Not all men are jerks. Not all women are jerks. Period. When will we learn to look at individual cases in their own subjective light? Just because women have been suffering for ages, does not mean that we now have a free pass to abuse men. And just because some...

How can I save my sister from her cheating husband?

My sister got married in August. Her husband has always been isolating her in his home, coming late from work, not talking to her and sleeping in separate room. He's been abusing her mentally by blaming and gaslighting her thats she's the reason for their life being so hard (All she did is asking him to spend time with her). She had a panic attack and he almost didn't save her and wanted to go to work. He even aggravated it and stopped the car otw to hospital and asked...

The way some men here are using Atul Subhash's case as a way to hate and generalise women gender as whole is so low and embarrassing.

Like why are yall forgetting JUDICIARY's fault? The reason that bitch was able to harass atul so much was because the court wasn't doing its job and enabled her to harass him. Yet instead of hating on the judicial system or that women. Some of you are now hating women as whole. Like literally a few moments ago there was a post on this sub called " why women are so selfish" and the generalization in that post was soo awful. Atul Subhash's case is a very important case...
