Not a NEner so sorry to hop in, but someone who has travelled all of NE I'd say Sikkim is the coolest state in terms of hospitality and attitude of people. Very friendly and accomodating. They are doing something right which other Ne states aren't.

At second place it's a close call between Assamese and Arunachalis. Both are equally welcoming and love to explain about their state.

See.. Exam ke pehle anxiety is totally normal. Go there with a mindset that I'm only here to give my best this result isn't gonna affect me anyways. Be as positive as u can and use it as a tool to test what u have studied till now. It will help u with ur other exams too. Good luck!
