No, it thinks your "Install Mac OS X" application is at version 23.1.1, depending how old your actual installation of the OS is it may not be able to properly read the version information from an app bundle made for newer versions of the OS? Or your "Install Mac OS X" application may be modified/damaged in other ways. Maybe check what its Info.plist (inside the app bundle) tells you.

(It really would help if Apple had put quotes around the app name, or made it bold/cursive or something. That alert is hard to read/ comprehend like that for sure.)

99% of doctors are of Punjabi background.
No Haryanvis study to become a doctor - that's a bitter fact.
Haryanvis are not interested in studying.
In rural Haryana - there's a very big shortage of doctors due to this reason.
In Punjab, doctors are there in every village.
Punjab still has so many doctors despite so many Punjabi doctors moving to abroad since decades.
Even in Delhi also , max doctors are of Punjabi descent apart from Haryana.
Same goes for Chandigarh depsite big Punjabi immigration to abroad skilled & unskilled both.
Allmost all the private hospitals and hospital chains are owned by Punjabis.
Infact majority of top 10 hospital chains in India are owned by people of Punjabi descent.
Same goes from institutes, colleges and Universities.
Haryanvis give 0 percentage contribution.
In chandigarh - not a single University or college is created by a Haryanvi.
All of them were created by Punjabis.
