Well you have the water metro from Vytilla to Kakkanad and then you'll have to take an auto to Infopark. For buses, you can board a bus from the Vytilla junction to Pipeline and then get on another bus to Kakkanad, but most buses will only go as far as Thrikkakara (the stop is next to the Panchayath office), only select buses go to Infopark, so that'll mean another auto for you for the remaining few kms.

Edit: If you have to work out of the office every day, I'd recommend you look for a place in Kakkanad itself or get yourself a vehicle.
