Immediately cut the burn - salaries, etc, find other ways to pay people, cut those who won't play ball. That's the first right move. Run in bare bones mode, forget marketing spend, while you do some accelerated customer discovery on the path you think could be the most promising, assuming your throwing the towel in on your current direction. Pivoting from where you sit now requires that you understand the market you're pivoting to and it doesn't look like you have the info to make that anything but a bad choice. Worst case, wind down the company in an orderly manner while you have some funds. Typically, that beats a crash landing if that's what you decide your looking at. Most importantly, set hard deadlines that leave you able to exit if things don't turn up. Good luck!
