Okay so, here are some rules I follow on buying a used car:

1. Should be 5 years old or less.
2. If you like a certain model, check its common problems and ask if they're rectified, or will be rectified before they hand over the car to you.
3. Check the trim variants the brand offered in that model year, as a lot of dealers just slap a badge and call it top model(eg. L&K badge for Octavia, superb etc), a layman would not be able to pin point the differences. Preferably buy from friends of friends, direct owner cars.
4. If possible, during test drives, listen for any rattles and squeaks and weird noises. Don't use the infotainment during the test drive. Stop and then check the audio system.
5. Avoid repainted/wrapped cars. More often than not, they hide a nasty surprise you may not want to deal with later on. This Innova is definitely repainted.
6. If possible get a pre-purchase inspection done. If not, pay a local mechanic some cash and take them with you.
7. Check the kms. You'll know that if it is backed, it has a shady past or the car wasn't moving from the dealer lot. Look at key part replacements at certain kms.

Based on the fact that Honda has patented this in India basically means it's never coming out. Even if it does, I don't understand how an air cooled 190cc will compete with the other bikes.
Edit- On a side note, why not just update the styling of the CB350 RS to something similar to the image and reduce the annoyingly loud exhaust sound?!
