Go for it. The lack of chaos even if it’s for a couple of months is a good reset. But the weather is hot. And it’s actually getting worse. Sea levels are rising, keep that in mind when you invest in a property.
Education is comparatively cheaper and much better.

Hear me out, this happened to me in Bengaluru. The drive to airport usually takes around an hour or 75 minutes so I always leave 3 hours early because the security check can take a huge chunk of time too before boarding. Anyone who lived in Bengaluru can probably relate to me when I say that these Ola Uber drivers think that they're god send and cancel bookings without notice or take too long to get a ride confirmed. I literally had to beg and promise a big tip to cabbies just so that they don't cancel. Even the CEOs of these companies talked several times on these issues but haven't fixed them yet. This is as far as my sympathies go with the lady because violence is not a solution.

1. Starting preparation earlier and being consistent with preparation. 


2. 6 - 12th Scert books are the ultimate source along with Shankar monthly CA. Institute Materials are a poor copypasta of Scert books. 


3. Setting monthly, weekly and daily targets and tracking them in a note. 


4. Avoiding school books and relying on institute materials. Not reading 11,12th std books due to their mammoth size. 


5. Tamil literature part, it has no bounds. Despite studying 6-12th tamil books, 11,12th advanced tamil books, i couldn't get past 90/100 in G2 2022. 


6. Aim for 23+/25 Maths. We can easily score 90+ in General English. So, GS is the deciding factor. Polity, inm, history, TN society are the scoring areas. 


7. 1 round of TN govt CA material and some random utube videos on CA compilation. 


8. Haven't seen any worthy online academy. Self study is better.
