I don't like to watch long tv shows that span seasons over seasons. 2 seasons is bearable. 3 is the max i can go. I don't like game of thrones very much. I did like it at one point. I also don't like to watch old tv shows. I am only interested in what's running now or something recent and relevant to our modern times. I like fantasy and futuristic stuff.

I'd recommend you to watch "Dune: Prophecy" series. It touches on the relationship between humans and technology and it's also futuristic. I liked it. It's very relevant to the present times.

I also loved "the wheel of time". It's a work of art. It's very beautiful and has an eastern feel to it.
