A DAILY retention at day 14 means ~80% of your users have churned? That doesn't sound strong unless I'm misunderstanding your acronyms. That means you're churning something like 99% of your users after a month??? -

Why don’t Pune two wheeler users use earphones while riding instead of holding phone between head and shoulders!!
1st nobody uses a helmet
2nd if they do they have a shitty roadside one that they cant open frm the front even though it has no chin protection at all
And if you actually do have a proper helmet the points where the straps are fixed on both the sides actually have holes for earplugs and earphones (mine have those and ive seen 2-3 others having them too) making it way easier -
Sad but true.

Do you guys think Ladakh will also become radicalised like NE over their statehood demand and various issues like this?
What should make them feel alienated is the rapid rise of Shia Islam and Buddhist women being groomed by Muslim men. Protect your women first rather than an inanimate statue that will cause zero harm to your culture. -
Is 10% as a Tech Founder a bad deal or could it be reasonable?
Usually equity is reflected in the amount of risk the founder takes. Given they already have funding lined up, it’s de-risked significantly for you on paper.
Though, Fintech = fin + tech
If you’re responsible for the tech, that’s a lot more than 10% imo. Even with a first round figured out.
“Build it alone … expand team if everything works as expected” — this feels strange. Full workload and risk of a traditional founder without the support. In a more traditional Silicon Valley startup, a 3 founder team would be split:
1 founder working on tech (or two)
1 founder working on sales
1 founder working on funding
I’d be curious to know what they’d be working on while you build their tech empire
