Hire a developer in LATAM for 6 months to build a real MVP - you should be able to do this as a PM. Cursor will help them know what you want. Lock down 10 customers with real revenue. Prove your company deserves people to risk their energy and livelihood on it.

Then hire your first engineer and pay a real salary with equity.

Product market fit simply means whether you're able to develop a product that a segment of people (not just 1 or 2 outliers) will buy. If you develop a product that can get 3m in revenue, you've definitely achieved pmf.

The problem that most aspiring entrepreneurs or start ups face, is that they build something that no one:
A) wants to use or
B) even if they want to use it, it's not something valuable enough that they'd pay for

PMF is a kind of a journey, but you'll know you've started on the path when you can get sales in a somewhat repeatable manner
