Tidbit I got to know recently: EB5 Investor visa that costs 1 million USD was earlier getting folks a green card in 1 year. Since there is a country cap for all visas and a lot of Indians(who are rich) are using it apply for EB5 - the wait time for an investor green card even if you spend 8 Crs is now 2-3 years.

It sounds like me like they are thinking of you as an employee rather than a founder. 10% is incredibly generous for a non-founder cto.

So if they’re offering salary + 10% it really sounds like an employer / employee relationship. For everyone saying that it should be equal 33% across the board, that generally is true if no capital is involved. If they’re offering salary have 500k promised, they can easily hire a head of technical and give away 5-10% rather than 33.

Google isn’t preferring anything, users y to see e comm sites that sells what they want to buy. If they are looking for info, your site will show up as your site matches the info intent.
