see I'm not demeaning anyone or down grading anyone's standard but the people travelling via metro/airplanes belong to an educational background meanwhile the common man travels via buses/trains considering it's money effective . the common man wouldn't know so much about the complex system of scanning a ticket and so many hassles. even us educated folks sometimes get confused and embarrassed. imagine how difficult it would be for a person who rarely travels to figure out such a complex system. that's my view point.
