Local SEO: Monthly Report?
I’d stick with monthly—it keeps things fresh and shows progress without clients wondering what’s going on. For local SEO, stuff like rankings and reviews can shift fast, so staying on top of it makes sense.
If your tool makes it easy, you’re not overdoing it. Just highlight the big wins—rankings, traffic, reviews—and maybe toss in a quick note on what’s coming next. Quarterly might feel too long, especially if they’re paying you monthly.
Oh, and if you’re adding new content or pages, using something like Auto Page Rank can help get them indexed fast—24-48 hours instead of waiting around. Makes a difference for showing results quicker.
Do your clients ever ask for more detail, or are they happy with the basics? -
How have i just found this? lmao

Help!!! Need Recommendations for Good Hospitals for Oral Cancer Treatment in Nagpur or Pune
Kinsgway Nagpur has dedicated oncologists; however, better call and confirm if they have an Head & Neck cancer specialist. They don't have a dedicated Radiation center at this hospital though. They accept insurance.
HCG Nagpur is also good with diagnosis and radiation. They accept insurance.
You could complete chemo and surgery at KINGSWAY and then proceed for radiation at HCG.
Affordable would be Tata memorial in Mumbai though. However, the above two are decent too.
The reports show a less aggressive form, but the muscle invasion indicates the cancer has started to spread locally. Prompt and aggressive management will be needed. -
How do you sleep when people around you are snoring?
There is no way.
You sleep before them .
Or you have to tap them to wake them up (in a way they can't tell you did it on purpose) and in the meantime sleep until they start snoring again! -

Rishta 4 FD shared it after posting Rohit's story. These Insta stories are not needed Garv. Garvita should stop and also Rohit.
I liked how Pratiksha never shared these types of stories even when Prat's Ruhi was positive and victim where Garvita's Ruhi is completely vile opposite negative to Pratiksha 's Ruhi -

Should I ditch my ambition of becoming a pilot due to my medical condition?
See, you can have a word with a Class 2 Medical Doctor, he’ll be in a better position to assess you and make decisions.
It’d be better if he’s Class 1 Doctor as well. -

Is 10% as a Tech Founder a bad deal or could it be reasonable?
When it comes to early-stage startups, clarity is key—especially around roles, responsibilities, and equity. Titles like “cofounder” sound exciting, but it’s worth stepping back and looking at the situation with clear eyes.
Ask yourself: What does being a “cofounder” mean in this context? Is it about having equal say in the direction of the company? Is it about sharing the risks and rewards equally? Or is it more about doing a specific job (like building the product) under the direction of others? It’s important to recognize the difference between being an equal partner and being an early, unpaid (or underpaid) employee with a nice-sounding title.
In this case, the two founders already have the concept, investor relationships, and momentum. They’re asking you to step in and build their vision. That’s a critical role, but it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re being treated as an equal partner. Equity isn’t just about splitting the pie—it reflects the value you’re bringing, the risks you’re taking, and the influence you have on the company’s direction.
You mentioned you thought about 33% for each founder. That’s a setup where everyone shares risks, rewards, and responsibilities equally. But in this proposal, you’re being offered 10%—and a seat that might not hold much decision-making power. This suggests they see you as essential, but not equal. And there’s nothing inherently wrong with that—as long as you’re clear on the terms and comfortable with the tradeoff.
A few things to consider before moving forward:
1. Decision-Making Authority: As CTO and a “cofounder,” will you have real input on strategy and the big decisions? Or are you being asked to execute their vision without much say?
2. Equity and Risk: They’ve mitigated their personal financial risk by securing investment, while you’ll be doing the bulk of the early technical work. Does the 10% stake feel like fair compensation for the risks and time you’ll invest?
3. Vesting and Exit: Eight years is a long vesting period, especially for such a small share. If the company pivots or your role changes, are you locked into a setup that no longer works for you?
Finally, remember that equity in a startup is always a gamble. The vast majority of startups fail. If this one does, will you still feel good about the time and energy you invested? If not, it’s worth thinking hard about whether this is the right opportunity for you—or whether you’d be better off seeking a role where the terms align more closely with your expectations.
At the end of the day, this isn’t just about equity. It’s about clarity, fairness, and whether this opportunity aligns with your values and goals. Don’t be afraid to have the hard conversations upfront. That’s what separates a real partnership from a transactional one.
P.S. In almost every Reddit post about technical cofounders asking about equity to join someone else’s project or team, what’s typically being offered is essentially a job in exchange for a title—not a true founder role. And that’s completely fine, as long as you’re okay with it and go in with clear expectations. -
