If you pay salary to your team as an early stage startup that is bootstrapping then you don’t have a team per say. You need believers not staffs unless the business has started generating revenue then it’s okay. Secondly there’s no fixed time for raising funds, check if your business has reached investors requirements, more or less you can leverage on your network to get funding with a business plan or an MVP. As an early stage startup without funding make sure you don’t throw money away if not you will learn the hard way. Shalom !!

My problem with BB3 was barring some few meta jokes nothing really lands...which is using or referencing some other IP.
