According to Central government's plan the Mumbai-Nagpur route will extend and connect to the Delhi-Kolkata route at Varanasi & Mumbai-Pune route will further connect to Hydrabad and Bangalore.

Generally speaking IoT is harder than a simple software project, as dealing with hardware is harder; but that doesn't necessarily mean that it's hard to do. Depending on what it is that you're trying to do.

IoT can be as simple as an off-the-shelves hardware device that you can just put a battery in, configure the existing software, and then sell as your own. Or it could take a team of engineers months, or years, just to get a decent enough POC to get the software/product people involved. Followed by you having to get it certified just to be allowed to plug it in to a power outlet. And it's a completely different scale on any and all related things if you plan to sell ten, or ten thousand of them. As well as if you're doing it local to yourself, or if you need to factor in global shipping and local taxes etc.

You need to give more information about what you're planing to do.
